Order Processing
All orders are carefully processed within 2-3 business days after confirmation. Since our products are handcrafted, processing times may vary slightly. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed.
Order Confirmation & Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this time, orders may already be in production or processing and cannot be canceled.
Shipping
We ship within the USA and internationally. Shipping times depend on your location, customs clearance, and courier services. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
Chisel N Thread is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of handcrafted and hygienic products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless:
- The item arrives damaged
- The item is incorrect or defective
In such cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
Refunds
Once your claim is approved, we will offer:
- A replacement item, or
- A refund to the original payment method (processing time may vary by provider)
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue, but Chisel N Thread cannot guarantee replacement for packages marked as delivered.
